Our awards from Kununu, New Work (formerly Xing) and Focus as a top employer prove that we actually live our culture: fairness and social responsibility are not a decorative extra. Our culture is closely interwoven with our guiding ideas and the IKOR DNA.

Best Management Consultants 2024

The renowned ranking of Germany's best management consultants, published by the respected business magazine brand eins and statista, has once again recognised IKOR as one of the top addresses in the insurance industry. IKOR's position as one of the top addresses for IT implementation is particularly noteworthy. This award emphasises IKOR's expertise and commitment when it comes to successfully implementing innovative IT solutions.

Best Management Consultants 2022

Every year, the business magazine brand eins and statista publish the significant ranking of the best management consultants in Germany. IKOR is one of the top companies in the insurance industry. The special aspect of the award is that participants cannot actively apply for it. Instead, the ranking is based on a company's reputation among both its customers and its own competitors.

Best IT service providers 2022

IKOR is one of the best providers in the IT services and system integration landscape, along with many other well-known companies. We are proud of our two rankings in the application fields of Software Implementation & Maintenance and IT Consulting. The list of Germany's best IT service providers is based on a survey of IT experts and customers of IT service providers.

Kununu Top Company

Only 4.7 percent of the companies rated on kununu qualified for the Top Company seal. This seal of approval is based primarily on the assessment of current and former IKORians. We are pleased about the positive evaluations; they testify to the corporate culture we live by.

Top Consultant 2021 and 2022

The title Top Consultant recognizes the performance of management consultants like IKOR, who are the best consultants specialized in medium-sized businesses. The evaluation criteria are based on scientific systematics and customer judgment.

Kununu Open Company

Just under one percent of the companies on kununu stand out from their competitors and thus attract the attention of job seekers. IKOR is proud to be one of them: Authenticity, openness to critical examination of its own qualities as an employer - kununu uses all these criteria to award its (quality) seal.

Top Employer Medium-Sized Businesses 2020 and 2021

IKOR is "Focus Top Employer Medium-Sized Businesses" in 2020 and 2021. For this purpose, the news magazine Focus, together with kununu, determines the 1,000 best employers from four million employee evaluations of 950,000 companies on the kununu.com portal. The assessment criteria include surveys on corporate culture, salary and working atmosphere.

New Work 2020

The award, with which New Work (formerly Xing) honors IKOR 2020, recognizes companies that create organizational, technical, and cultural conditions for a trusting work environment and thus actually live "New Work".

Fair Company

Fair Company is the largest and best-known employer initiative in Germany, which is committed to a fair working environment in the long term. The Fair Company initiative is aimed specifically at career starters and young professionals. IKOR will also receive this award in 2024. The jury's reasoning: IKOR offers young people fair working conditions and development prospects.

Family friendly company

The "Hamburg Alliance for Families" is an initiative of the Hamburg Senate, the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Crafts. It has been awarding the Hamburg Family Seal since 2007. In this way, it promotes the advantages of company policy that supports employees in reconciling career opportunities with the demands of family challenges. IKOR receives this seal in recognition of our outstanding performance. This confirms that we undergo a thorough audit every three years and have been awarded the seal continuously since 2009.
