What documents do we need from you?
Please send us your resume and references - with a cover letter if you like.
In order to get to know you better, it would also be nice to have: your consultant or developer profile, a project list and other meaningful documents (e.g., certifications, honorary position, further education).

Resource-efficient recruiting
The principle of sustainability plays a crucial role in all IKOR activities, including recruitment. Our commitment to the environment, society, and (future) employees is deeply rooted. We have therefore readily adopted an approach in which we:
- use digital application processes,
- conduct interviews via MS Teams, and
- offer downloadable onboarding documents.
Our recruiters and managers use only digital application documents and, of course, no printing.
