Tasks at IKOR

We work on integration platforms and core business solutions for financial market. We are expanding our team to address growing customer demand and accelerate development of our software product.

You are a good fit if you:

have an in-depth understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations
have strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate data, trends, and complex business processes
understand design, build and operations capabilities and requirements of current digital product technologies
are committed to ongoing learning and staying updated on insurance industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and seek to implement them to achieve the highest quality of product design
can envision product roadmap and ensure innovation in product features
comprehend and are able to communicate the principal product strategy offering context to technical requirements and specifications
are excellent in defining requirements with the use of business/software analysis tools (diagrams, user-story mapping, BPMN etc.)
proficiently document business, operational and technical requirements for product, operations, and IT teams
are familiar with Agile methodology and activities
are fluent in management of product and sprint backlog, make sure it is visible and understandable, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy
are good at prioritising tasks, stories and iteration goals, have the ability to adapt to changes in project scope and requirements
can act as a bridge between business and technical teams, interacting with end users and having a full understanding of their needs by retrieving feedback
are a problem solver and have the ability to maintain a keen attention to detail and manage multiple initiatives
have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders and IT teams
have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at multiple levels of the organization and the client’s team

Requirements and skills

at least 5-year experience as a PO/BA
experience in testing (API and manual testing)
have experience with API-rich business applications
experience in insurance sector
university degree in business or technical studies
knowledge of the English language at a level that allows free communicatio

Nice to have

knowledge of German or strong willingness to learn
technical background – software development role
willingness to travel (to a limited extent)

Stable employment

Cooperation on the basis of B2B Contract. We offer permanent home office or working from our two offices in Warsaw and Wrocław.

Remuneration

PLN 110-150 per hour + Vat

Your actual remuneration may go outside the given brackets depending on your project experience and the result of the technical interview.
