Change Management is part of project management. It becomes effective in the corporate strategy as well as in the operative business. It is oriented towards the strategic goals of an organization. Change Management aims at profoundly changing structures, processes and behaviors. The prerequisite: managers and employees must be fundamentally convinced of the need for change.
